Training Assessment Package

The purpose of this Training Assessment Package is to help job seekers and program staff make decisions about appropriate employment and training goals and to develop effective service strategies for reaching those goals. There is no single correct approach to conducting assessments – it could be accomplished through the use of any number of formalized instruments, through structured interviews, or through a combination of processes.

To help ensure that customers and career managers are making educated decisions about career goals such as what to study or which career would be a good match, a comprehensive assessment is essential. The following package will help both the job seeker and the Workforce Center staff make an educated, comprehensive decision about the job seeker’s training and career goals.
